Membrane bioreactor (MBR) is a new wastewater treatment technology that organically combines membrane separation technology and biotechnology. Combined with traditional biochemical treatment, use membrane separation equipment to intercept macromolecular organic substances, saving the secondary sedimentation tank. The concentration of activated sludge is greatly increased, and the refractory substances are continuously reacted and degraded in the reactor, thus greatly improving the effect of biochemical treatment, reducing the turbidity of produced water, and reducing the occupied area. The water produced by the MBR process can be directly used for the reuse of general miscellaneous water such as greening, watering, car washing, sanitation, and toilet flushing. The disadvantage of the MBR system is that the initial investment is relatively large, and the MBR membrane components need to be replaced regularly.
High-efficiency membrane bioreactor sewage treatment process
Composition and fabrication of high-efficiency membrane bioreactor sewage treatment system
A complete set of integrated sewage treatment system is composed of lift pump, grid filter, treatment tank body, filler and aeration device, self-priming pump, sludge discharge device, sludge return device, disinfection and other components. The main materials of the pool body are carbon steel epoxy anticorrosion or 304 stainless steel.
Features of high-efficiency membrane bioreactor sewage treatment system
●The water quality is good, turbidity≤5
●Small footprint, saving civil investment
●The system runs stably and has strong impact resistance
●The system has a long sludge age, which greatly improves the degradation efficiency of refractory substances
●Easy to realize automation, convenient operation and management
