Air flotation treatment is to release the pressured air in the water, and the oil, suspended solids and other impurities in the water are driven to float to the water surface through the rise of the air, and the process of purifying the water quality is achieved by scraping off the slag scraper. The compressed air is suddenly released when it passes through the releaser, and due to the sudden decompression, a large number of fine air bubbles are generated, and these fine air bubbles stick together with the suspended matter, driving the suspended matter to float to the water surface. Wastewater with high oil content is used in combination with a grease trap to obtain a higher oil removal effect.
This process is suitable for wastewater treatment in oil refining, paint, light industry, laundry printing and dyeing, kitchen wastewater, fine chemical industry and other industries.
