Project overview: A fabric printing and dyeing enterprise is located in the printing and dyeing industrial park. The total amount of wastewater produced is 600m3/day, all are discharged to the sewage station in the industrial park for unified charging. Wastewater sources: fabric pre-washing, high-temperature dyeing and finishing, desizing, rinsing, etc. Among them, the front pre-washing and rinsing water accounted for about 250m3, and the water quality was good. The water reuse system treats this part of the water and reuses it for pre-cleaning and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd rinsing processes, and the reusable water consumption is about 200m3/day.
