Project introduction: The system is a set of cleaning wastewater sedimentation and clarification treatment device. The user cleans the surface of the recovered plastic waste parts, and regenerates them for reuse after classification. The wastewater contains a large amount of suspended solids and the turbidity exceeds the standard. The sewage system will precipitate and clarify the wastewater, and the treated water will flow back to the production line for recycling.

Sedimentation tank system treatment process:

 After systematic treatment, the turbidity of the product water is ≤5WTU, which meets the requirements of production water reuse, and the product water is returned to the cleaning line for recycling, which greatly reduces discharge, reduces tap water consumption, and saves water costs.
